Bunting!

Well, somehow it has been a while since I posted the projects I have been working on. I realised I even managed to sell and give some away as gifts without taking pics.... I guess life has been busy!

I have been trying to work through my yarn stash with some new projects. This is my attempt at bunting! I think it worked out pretty well.

Little Pearl Tunic

Again with the little pearl vest pattern but this time a little pearl tunic.

This one was sent off to a friend as a surprise gift... i am hoping it fits.

Little Pearl Cardigan

So, it seems the I love the Little Pearl Vest pattern and attempted to make a little cardigan to see if it would work.

Eden was in need of a little something to wear in the evening or on brisk days over her summer dress'.  It seems to have worked well as she likes to wear it with other things as well.

This cardigan doesn't have any type of fastener, only two decorative little ribbons.

This is a little pearl knitted top that I have made for a friend who is expecting a little girl in the next 6 weeks or so.  

The pattern was really fun to try and now Eden wants me to make one for her.... it is designed for a baby so i think i will have to make the pattern a fair bit bigger to fit an almost 11yr old!! 

I am looking forward to making this pattern again, i will be putting some on etsy for sure. 

A little smoking jacket

A friend was visiting this weekend and working on a cute little knitted cardigan.  I thought it was lovely so wanted to give it a try.  As I don't really do well with following the patterns I changed it a bit and made a cute little smoking jacket.  It should fit an average 3-6 month old.

The last fair for 2011

Well, Christmas has come and gone but I managed to keep forgetting to put up the pics for the Ealing 135 Christmas gift fair.   The girls organising the event did such a good job and a fun evening was had by all.

Kiddie's Draw string bag!

As Christmas is quickly approaching I am trying to not only get stuff ready for the Christmas gift fairs but also for all those lovely nieces and nephews I am blessed with.  This draw string bag was an idea i wanted to try, without a pattern you never really know how it will turn out.  Thankfully, I am pleased with the end project and I think it will be a hit for the younger ones to put their toys and books in.
